A very pleasant place to visit for a coffee and maybe something to eat, taking a break from shopping in the surrounding stores and shops. But be warned! In the winter months tables are hogged by the laptop brigade; individuals each bagging a table that should hold 4, typing frantically away on their keyboards and making single coffees last as long as they can!

Got served right away, only one table left on a busy Saturday morning, no outside seating, Christmas tree in here November 8, dogs allowed there's a little one in here

I am a regular customer here, their coffee is of good quality and I have to say their new cinnamon buns addition are absolutely delicious it's a shame they don't have them available at all times! Service can be a bit slow at times, the only big minus is.. the place is overran by students and 90% of the seating capacity is students sat on their laptops (some of which are doom scrolling on tiktok) on a 3 or 4 seater table which can be a bit frustrating when you are trying to find a seat to enjoy a morning breakfast on a weekend!

I like this Neros except that it is always full up with students on laptops taking all the good seating. They have a special 'study' room at the back which is a good thing for them.

Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Wonderful ied americano. Also good place to work with your laptop (limited to 1.5 hours)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, ensuring my drinks were prepared exactly as ordered and tasted fantastic. The selection of cakes and snacks was impressive, catering to various tastes. I also appreciated the cozy bookcases filled with reading material, adding a charming touch to the environment. Overall, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality coffee in a lovely setting.
